A Father’s Recognition

My son is 5 years old, and before starting treatment, he had severe developmental delays. His interaction with the world around him was minimal, and he seemed disconnected from everyone, even from his father. His tantrums were intense, and he would often lie in bed for most of the day, withdrawn. After the first course of treatment, I saw a change—he began to have energy like any other child, and the tantrums subsided. He even started developing small but significant behaviors that typical children display.

The most remarkable change came during the second course of treatment when my son ‘recognized’ his father. It was as if he saw him for the first time. He became attached to him, and now, every day, he shows love and affection when his father comes home. This transformation has given our family a renewed sense of hope, and we are eager to see what more lies ahead for him.
