A Mother’s Persistence – Nurgul’s Story
We are in our first year of treatment. I’m not the best organized mother, so everything is slow for us, and every issue seems to be resolved slowly. It took me some time to begin the treatment, but once we started, the changes in my daughter have been remarkable. Before treatment, she barely responded to her name, and I would have to call her multiple times. Now, after the first course, she responds on the first try and has become more focused.
One day, I asked her to help me find my phone, which her younger sibling had misplaced. I didn’t think much of it, but five minutes later, my daughter came back to me with the phone in her hand and told me it was on the kitchen table. This was something unimaginable before treatment. Her attention has improved significantly, and she’s more involved in daily conversations. Even her school assistant noticed how much more attentive and responsive she has become. This treatment has brought hope and light to our lives.
