From Silence to Speech

My son, 8 years old, has atypical autism and sensorimotor alalia. Until he was almost 6 years old, he did not speak at all. It was heartbreaking. We were lost, overprotective, and drowning in guilt. But with Dr. Ken’s guidance, we began to connect with our son on a deeper level. Now, he’s slowly learning to speak, and his vocabulary grows every day. He hugs his sister, helps around the house, and most importantly, he is happy. There’s still a long road ahead, but Dr. Ken has given us the tools and hope to keep going.
