Rediscovering Food and Curiosity – Alexandra’s Reflection

Our 12-year-old son, who has a severe form of autism, has made substantial improvements during his second course of treatment. He used to only eat white bread, but yesterday, he ate two slices of rye bread with cumin. It may seem insignificant to others, but for us, it’s a huge nutritional breakthrough. His dietary habits have been so rigid for years, and now, we’re finally seeing changes. We couldn’t be more thrilled.
